We talk about volatility quite a bit here in terms of the markets, but another thing that has been quite volatile lately has been Mother Nature! In back to back weekends we’ve had one that was 50 degrees, windy, and 3 inches of rain followed by one that was sunny, hot, and 90+ degrees. Personally, I’ll take option #2 any day.

Tim’s Top Links – 6/4/21
Well, it’s the first weekend in June and it looks like the first beach weekend of the year here at the Jersey Shore. After 3 inches of rain last weekend though, I’ll take any kind of weather that isn’t wet. Hopefully wherever you are reading this will have nice weather as well and we can all have a nice relaxing weekend! Be back on Monday!

We’re just about halfway through the year 2021. Isn’t that wild to think about? It feels like just yesterday the calendar turned over from 2020, but here we are.
