I don’t know about anyone else, but here in New Jersey I am over this heat. It gets to the end of July every year, and I start daydreaming about crisp fall weather. Of course, I’ll probably wish for summer when that actually comes.

Well, it was a fun first weekend of MLB action. Although, the Marlins team outbreak now has the rest of the MLB season in jeopardy. Who had the over/under set at 3 games for the season before it got shut down?

We are one day into the new MLB season, and we’ve already seen some issues with how things may go. Probably MVP candidate Juan Soto will now miss a big chunk of time with a positive COVID-19 test, and it was a sobering reminder that any player could be forced to miss time at any point.
Let’s all keep our fingers crossed that things go as smooth as possible.
