I promise to stop talking about the MLB every morning once the season gets started, but watching videos of rookies finding out they made the MLB roster is such a heart-warming thing every year. All of the hard-work finally pays off for them. It’s hard to hate on that.
Tim’s Top Links – 3/26/19
It’s been an interesting couple days in the market recently. This morning, at the open, the market jumped up after being down yesterday. It’s been a volatile last few weeks, which isn’t unusual if we’re talking about all of market history. If anything it just makes the daily “why’s” of the market seem even more…entertaining.
Here’s what I’ve been reading this morning:
Tim’s Top Links – 3/25/19
The full slate of MLB games starts on Thursday this week! We’re looking at consistent weather in the 50’s and above this week as well. It’s hard not to get excited this time of year!

Tim’s Top Links – 3/22/19
Apologies for the lack of Top Links yesterday, but I was out getting my brain melted by all the ridiculously smart people at the Democratize Quant conference at Villanova University. Shout out to the entire Alpha Architect crew for putting on such a valuable event.
Here’s what I’ve been reading this morning:
062 – John Lanza – The Money Mammals
In Ep. 62, Tim talks with John Lanza. John is the creator of The Money Mammals program and the author of the book The Art of Allowance. They discuss how the program gets children excited about learning money smarts at a very young age. The book outlines for parents how to address allowance with their children. They discuss the right age to begin talking to kids about money, the core building blocks of learning about money, proper ways to incentivize allowance, and much more!
