In 2024, one of my goals was to blog more consistently over on the Mullooly Asset Management website. Linked below is my second blog post of the year, and it goes over the basics of cash flow management. Check it out!
Here’s what I’ve been reading this morning:
- We’ve said it a ton, but it bears repeating: cash flow is king! When it comes to making significant changes in your financial life, it usually stems back to managing your cash flow better. In this post, I break down the statements of cash and balance sheet and how we use it to plan.
- When trying to land on an appropriate asset allocation for your portfolio, factors like age and risk tolerance usually play a large role. But should your job also be a consideration? Nicks answers that important question in his latest blog post.
- Using diversification as a portfolio management tool has been a common theme for a lot of people. When it comes to diversifying, should you aim for negatively correlated assets? Ben breaks down how to consider correlated and non-correlated assets in this post.
- If you’re attempting to revamp your budget early in 2024, you might want to think twice before cutting your spending towards hobbies. This post discusses why hobbies can be money well spent, as long as you don’t spend TOO much on them.
