- It can sometimes be tough to figure out who are the winners and losers in certain financial situations. However, with mortgage rates right now, it’s pretty clear. Ben walks through what a 3% mortgage is worth to someone right now.
‘The Fed Can Wait’ – Justin Lahart – The Wall Street Journal
- The Fed is getting ready to meet once again. This article discusses why the current state of the economy suggests the Fed could wait both on either raising rates further AND cutting rates.
