We’re heading into a short week here with Thanksgiving this Thursday. We will have Top Links up until Wednesday and then take a few days off for the holiday. Hopefully everyone out there stays safe over the holiday and enjoys their Thanksgiving in whatever capacity it comes in!
Here’s what I’ve been reading this morning:
- We’ve all heard about Zoom, Tesla, and the other technology names that have done well this year – but what else has worked in 2020? In last week’s podcast, we discussed what areas of the market have worked and when. It may surprise some people!
- Some investors think they know everything. Some investors think they know nothing. When it comes to the most successful investors, the truth is somewhere in the middle. Ben explains why the 3 most important words in finance are “I don’t know”.
- Household debt, specifically student loan debt, has been a topic of conversation recently. Michael took a look at the growing amount of household debt, and where student loans factor in to the equation. It’s not as much as you’d think.
- Maureen has always been very transparent about the personal finance decisions in her own life. In this post, she chronicles the decision-making process and math behind why she decided to do a Roth conversion this year.
