NFL free agency began yesterday, and something strange is happening for Jets fans. Usually, the Jets make moves and we all hate every single one of them. This year, they’ve made a number of moves that all appear to be….good moves?
Of course we still have to wait months for them to pan out, but on paper it’s fun to watch!
Here’s what I’ve been reading this morning:
‘Don’t Make This Accounting Mistake’ – Mullooly Asset Show
- In Ep. 131 of the show, Tom talks about why hearing the phrase “I’m going to let my accountant figure that out” is a big red flag from clients.
‘The Monsters of Investing: Fast and Slow Failure’ – Corey Hoffstein – Newfound Research
- Corey breaks down two huge risks to investors: failing fast and failing slow. Both are not good, but have very different consequences.
- In this podcast, Justin talks with Nina O’Neal about ways advisors can help clients take advantage of unique planning strategies.
‘Nothing Happens, Then Everything Happens’ – Nick Maggiulli – Of Dollars and Data
- Nick talks about the history behind how Charles Darwin came to his theory of evolution and how nothing happened for a LONG time, then everything did. He makes the same case for investing.
ENJOY!
