This always used to be one of my favorite days in middle school. March 14th (3/14), aka Pi Day, the math teachers would sometimes bring in pie to celebrate the ‘holiday’ with their students.
I apologize if you are now craving pie at 10:30am like I am.
Here’s what I’ve been reading this morning:
‘061 – Andrew Rose – Compare.com’ – Living With Money
- Most Americans aren’t shopping around for the best car insurance policy. They could be leaving up to $50,000 on the table over their lifetime. We talk with Andrew Rose about how Compare.com helps users find the best car insurance policies.
‘The Twenty Craziest Investing Facts Ever’ – Michael Batnick – The Irrelevant Investor
- I won’t spoil any of these facts. They’re too good. Just go read it!
’10 Charts About Retirement Every Retiree Should See’ – Ashby Daniels – Retirement Field Guide
- If you are approaching, or in, retirement, this is a must read! As a matter of fact, everything on Ashby’s blog should be mandatory reads for retirees.
‘The Black Plague 2.0 (Student Loans)’ – Christopher Haigh – Iconoclastic Capital
- Christopher dives into the dark and scary world of student loans in his post. It’s easy for advisors to gloss over this topic, but when you get down into the weeds and look at the reality of the situation, it’ll make your eyes pop.
ENJOY!
