It’s a wonderful time of year to be a sports fan. College basketball is in full swing, and we are currently in the midst of the best 2-3 week span of basketball of the year. The conference tournaments are heating up and March Madness is only a matter of days away. Buckle up!
Here’s what I’ve been reading this morning:
‘A Mirror Onto Ourselves’ – Brendan Mullooly – Your Brain On Stocks
- Brendan launched his new blog with an absolute banger of a first post. Getting answers from some of the top names in finance, they discuss their own behavioral biases, and how they attempt to control them!
‘The Value of College’ – Morgan Housel – Collaborative Fund
- Among the scandal surrounding college acceptance this week, Morgan writes about just how important going to college really is for people today compared to years previous.
‘As the Financial Blogosphere Turns…’ – Tadas Viskanta – Abnormal Returns
- Tadas reminisces about bloggers from the beginning of his career, and highlights some of the up and coming bloggers of today. If you’re looking for new blogs to check out, this is a great place to start.
‘It’s Time to Start Telling Our Friends How Much Money We Make’ – Forbes
- As we’ve mentioned before on this site, talking about money is a taboo topic. This Forbes article talks about why it’s important to have conversations about salaries and finances with friends and family.
ENJOY!
