Here’s what I’ve been reading this morning:
- The mastermind of the largest Ponzi scheme in history, Bernie Madoff, died yesterday during his 150 year prison sentence. He changed the game in terms of how advisors and brokers operate. This article helps investors stay alert to potential scams.
- Although jobs are on the recovery since the spike in unemployment due to COVID-19, college grads are still finding themselves out of work. This article addresses what those out of work grads can do about entering a challenging workforce.
- A question advisors are frequently asked is something along the lines of “is the market too high right now?” This article addresses how the best defense to that is to own a broad mix of asset classes.
- Bonds are bonds, right? Not quite. Not all bonds are created equal. In this post, Christine illustrates the different benefits of different types of bonds, and which provides the most diversification.
