Well, the NFL Draft got underway last night. I’m pretty sure the Jets won the Super Bowl last night. That’s how it works, right? All kidding aside, it was a fun night for BOTH New York teams with the Jets and Giants getting some great talent. Have a great weekend everybody!
Here’s what I’ve been reading this morning:

- The NASDAQ Composite is back in bear market territory this week, and has definitely gotten off to a rough start here in 2022. With the first 4 months of the year in the books, Ben writes about if now might be the time to start actually BUYING these growth stock names again.
‘Why ‘Free’ Robo-Advisors Aren’t Really Free’ – Alec Lucas – Morningstar
- When it comes to the financial services industry, buyer beware. Even if it’s advertised as “free”, it hardly ever costs truly nothing. This post talks about robo-advisors and how they aren’t exactly as free as they advertise.
‘Incoherence’ – Josh Brown – The Reformed Broker
- Since the bull market began, there have been people calling for crashes left and right. Some of these people have now decided to switch to the crypto markets, but simultaneously root for economic downturns. Josh writes about how you can’t have it both ways.
ENJOY!
