- There is a time and a place for everything. Working with a financial advisor is NOT for everyone, that’s for sure. However, there are plenty of people who would benefit from working with an advisor under the right circumstances. Nick discusses when might be a good time to hire an advisor.
- Home prices have been on the rise for the better part of two years now. While they are still rising, they’re finally not rising as FAST as they have been. This article discusses the latest S&P Case Shiller Index report from April.
- There tends to be a lot of emotionally charged decisions and paranoia surrounding Social Security. What happens if it’s not there when I need it? This article talks about how Social Security is NOT bankrupt, and what your benefits could look like in the future.
- Picking stocks is hard. Some people learn that lesson once, and a lot of people learn it multiple times throughout their lives. This article discusses the difficulty of stock picking, and the pain that comes along with it.
