It’s the final week of July already! Which means a few things: 1) Summer is peaking and fall is starting to come into view 2) the MLB Trade Deadline is this week, and 3) my birthday is only a couple weeks away (if you were curious). Let’s make it a great week!
Here’s what I’ve been reading this morning:
- As many of you know, Ben writes almost daily about all things market related. Stock market gains, bond yields, investing strategies, individual stocks, etc. All different ways to “get rich”. However, Ben’s post this morning outlines a different way to “be rich”.
- This article takes a look at the two halves of our lives. Not everyone will manage the second half the same way they managed the first half. Joe shares three worthwhile ideas for managing the two halves of your life.
- It’s official, the S&P 500, the most widely followed stock market index, has doubled off the March 2020 pandemic lows. In this week’s podcast, the guys discuss how the S&P got to this point. And the different trends we’ve seen underneath the surface which have made this happen.
- If you know a little bit about both bonds and inflation, you might know that inflation can sometimes be a little trouble for bonds. However, bonds can still provide significant value for investors during inflationary times.
