Ladies and gentlemen, it happened last night. The Mets season ended. They gave up 7 runs in the 9th inning to lose 11-10, and there’s really no coming back from that.
From today on, I promise not to write about the Mets until next spring training, OR if by some miracle they end up making the playoffs.
Here’s what I’ve been reading this morning:
‘Virtue Signaling’ – Douglas A. Boneparth – Bone Fide Wealth
- Douglas follows up on a story he shared a while back about helping a client with a timeshare, and writes about why sharing good deeds should be more common!
‘How to Find a Good Accountant’ – Mullooly Asset Show
- In Ep. 156 of the show, Tom talks about finding a good accountant, and how to make the most of your relationship with that accountant.
‘It’s In There…’ – Tom Mullooly – The Human Advisor
- Every generation has their share of headlines that make you worry about the market, but throughout time the market trends higher even with those headlines baked in.
‘Adequate Diversification’ – Michael Batnick – The Irrelevant Investor
- Michael gives his answer to the question of whether a 60/40 portfolio will provide ‘adequate diversification’ in the current environment.
ENJOY!
