I’ve been out of the office for a few days, so I’m catching up on all of the great content from the last couple days. It’s great to be part of an online community (FinTwit) that consistently puts out so much inspiring content.

Yesterday was a rather strange day for me. On one hand it was my 28th birthday, but we also learned that a friend and fraternity brother from college passed away yesterday as well. It was a gut-punch reminder that life is short and can move by quickly. It’s easy to get caught up in day to day little things that feel important until you’re reminded that none of it matters without the ones you love.
Here’s what I’ve been reading this morning:
There are a lot of ways to become financially successful. Some people work 70 hours a week, some people work 40. Some people inherit piles of money, and some people start with nothing. There is no one clear cut answer that works for everybody.
