Yesterday was a rather strange day for me. On one hand it was my 28th birthday, but we also learned that a friend and fraternity brother from college passed away yesterday as well. It was a gut-punch reminder that life is short and can move by quickly. It’s easy to get caught up in day to day little things that feel important until you’re reminded that none of it matters without the ones you love.
